MOV container and open formats?

Since you can fit virtually anything into an MKV file, I am trying to figure out how comparable MOV is to MKV, but I haven't been able to find any mention of MOV supporting any open video or audio formats.

So my question is: Which of the following modern/popular open video and audio formats can be stored in the MOV container?

Video: VP8, VP9, Theora, Daala, FFV1?

Audio: FLAC, Opus, Vorbis?
